Her diverse background and training enable her to offer a unique and holistic approach to assisting her clients on their own journeys of personal growth and self-discovery. Naz holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, which has provided her with a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior. This foundation allows her to approach energy and shamanic healing with a holistic perspective. Additionally, she has pursued advanced studies, including a master's degree, which has further enriched her ability to integrate diverse methodologies and practices into her healing work.

Naz's journey towards wellness began as a personal quest for self-healing and self-transformation. Through her own experiences and challenges, she discovered the profound impact that energy healing, Reiki, and shamanic practices can have on one's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Inspired by her own transformation, she felt a deep calling to share these powerful modalities with others, empowering them to embark on their own healing journeys.

Naz has undergone comprehensive training in Shamanic techniques and holds the role of a full medicine bundle carrier in two distinct Shamanic traditions. She incorporates Shamanic energy healing modalities into her work, drawing upon ancient wisdom and the interconnectedness of nature and spirit. Through shamanic techniques such as journeying, soul retrieval, destiny retrieval, power animal retrieval, and energy clearing, she assists individuals in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom, ancestral roots, and connection to nature, facilitating profound healing and transformation.

As a Usui Reiki Master, Naz channels the universal life force energy to promote balance, relaxation, and harmony within the body. Her intuitive energy healing skills help clients release energetic blockages, restore their natural flow of energy, and awaken their innate healing abilities. She creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their mind/body/spirit connection, gain clarity, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner alignment.
